TOHO Animation has revealed the opening and ending theme songs for the upcoming second season of the anime series Dorohedoro. The studio made the new themes available to the public through its official communication channels ahead of the season premiere.
Dorohedoro is an animated adaptation of the manga of the same name, blending dark comedy and fantasy. The story is set in a world where sorcerers experiment on ordinary people, treating them as raw material for their magic. One such victim, Caiman, has had his memory taken and been transformed into a humanoid lizard. Alongside his ally Nikaido, he pursues vengeance and a way to recover his lost past.
The anime’s first season premiered in 2020 and has earned positive viewer ratings, including an 8.1 out of 10 on IMDb and an 8 out of 10 on Kinopoisk.
