According to the studio, a system equipped to run 007 First Light at 1080p with 30 frames per second will need hardware on the level of an Intel Core i5-9500K, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660-class graphics card, at least 8 GB of video memory and 16 GB of system RAM.

Minimum requirements (1080p, 30 FPS): Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit); CPU: Intel Core i5-9500K or AMD Ryzen 5 3500; GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660, AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT or an Intel equivalent; VRAM: 8 GB; RAM: 16 GB; Storage: 80 GB.

For smoother 1080p performance at 60 frames per second IO Interactive recommends more modern hardware. Recommended requirements (1080p, 60 FPS): Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit); CPU: Intel Core i5-13500 or AMD Ryzen 5 7600; GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT or an Intel equivalent; VRAM: 12 GB; RAM: 32 GB; Storage: 80 GB.

IO Interactive also confirmed that 007 First Light will include support for Nvidia’s DLSS 4 technology with multi-frame generation. The studio said the collaboration with Nvidia is intended to help deliver a PC version that meets its goals for performance, responsiveness and visual fidelity.

Beyond technical details, IO Interactive promises a reimagined origin story for James Bond, positioning the title as an intense spy adventure with broad gameplay options. The game will include a Russian text localization.

Following a postponement in December, IO Interactive now expects 007 First Light to launch on 27 May 2026. The game will release on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. The listed price is $70; pre-orders have opened in some regions but are not available in Russia.
