Counter-Strike 2 analyst Maximilian 'trochu' Troha leaves Team Falcons; psychologist Lars Robl also departs

Counter-Strike 2 analyst Maximilian 'trochu' Troha has announced that he is leaving Team Falcons. He said he will depart the club to work on a new project, details of which he plans to disclose soon. Troha had represented Team Falcons since April 2024 and published the news on his personal X page.

In his announcement Troha wrote that, after almost two years with the organization, his time at Team Falcons has come to an end because the club agreed to let him go so he could focus on the upcoming project. He called his time at the club an honor and expressed gratitude for the trust and support he received from the organization, staff, and players.

Separately, on February 6 the team confirmed the exit of their psychologist, Lars Robl. Team Falcons characterized Robl's departure as a mutual decision between the psychologist and the organization.

Robl had been the subject of controversy after reports surfaced that in 2025 he allegedly prohibited the team's AWPer, Ilya 'm0NESY' Osipov, from playing during nighttime hours. That claim led to criticism from parts of the fanbase, though Osipov later publicly denied the rumors about restrictions imposed by the psychologist.

The back-to-back departures represent another change in Team Falcons' support staff as the organization continues to adjust personnel around its Counter-Strike 2 roster. Both sides have indicated they will focus on future plans: Troha on his forthcoming project and the club on stabilizing its coaching and support structure.
