Former professional esports player Denis 'seized' Kostin commented on the problems facing Team Falcons' CS2 roster and proposed personnel changes. He singled out coach Danny 'zonic' Sørensen and player Damyan 'Kyxsan' Stoilkovski as the strongest candidates to be replaced to improve the squad's results.
Kostin argued that the team needs a change of coach and possibly a change in captaincy. He recommended making a single adjustment first to evaluate how the team responds, then deciding on further moves based on that development.
"In my opinion, they should change the coach and, possibly, the captain. To begin with I would swap one person, see how that works, and then watch how the team develops further," Kostin said. He named ash as the most ideal option for the club at the moment.
Beyond personnel swaps, Kostin emphasized the importance of taking a measured approach: test one change, observe the dynamics, and only then consider more extensive alterations to the roster or leadership.
Team Falcons recently failed to reach the playoffs at IEM Krakow 2026. In the decisive lower-bracket match the squad lost 0:2 to MOUZ, which ended their run in the tournament.
Their next scheduled event is PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026, giving the organization a window to reassess the lineup and implement any changes before the next major competition.
