Role assignments were determined by the platform’s internal data on matchmaking outcomes together with opinions gathered from players ranked in the top 1,000. The announcement appeared as a post on X.
The selected five-man lineup names Dan “apEX” Madeskler as captain. Danil “donk” Kryshkovets fills the rifler spot, Ilya “m0NESY” Osipov is listed as the entry fragger, Alimzhan “alkarenn” Bitimbay takes the sniper (AWP) role, and João “story” Vieira is placed at support.
According to FACEIT’s analysis, a team composed of these five players would be the most difficult to defeat based on the platform metrics used for the selection. The methodology prioritized in-platform performance data and aggregated expert impressions from highly ranked competitors.
