Kojima Productions has announced that Death Stranding 2 will arrive on PC on March 19. The studio confirmed the exact launch date for the personal computer edition and provided an overview of what to expect from the port.
The announcement was prepared under the direction of game designer Hideo Kojima. The studio detailed key technical and gameplay enhancements planned for the PC version, including native support for ultrawide monitors, unlocked performance allowing frame rates above 60 FPS, the addition of a new difficulty level, a dedicated VR mission, and other improvements aimed at the PC audience.
Death Stranding 2 originally debuted on June 24, 2025 as a PlayStation 5 exclusive. Upon release the action title received strong praise from both critics and players, and it earned seven nominations at The Game Awards 2025, including a nod for Game of the Year.
