Capcom has released a playable demo of its sci‑fi action title Pragmata for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch 2, the studio announced in a post on the social platform X. The demo was developed from the full game build and is intended to give players an early taste of the project’s mechanics and tone.
According to Capcom, the demo highlights Pragmata’s distinctive blend of straight action and hacking elements. Players can expect sequences that combine combat with systems‑oriented challenges, emphasising both fast‑paced encounters and interactive problem solving.
The story centers on an astronaut named Hugh who becomes separated from his team after a lunar quake. He is rescued by a girl android named Diana, and together they must hack hostile machines, solve environmental puzzles and attempt to return to Earth while contending with a rogue artificial intelligence that has taken over the station.
Capcom confirmed that the full version of Pragmata is scheduled to launch on April 24, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2. The company also revealed a collectible figure of Diana that will be sold concurrently with the game’s release.
The demo provides a look at the game’s core systems and narrative setup for those interested in the title ahead of the April release, while the announced physical figure offers a companion collectible for fans planning to purchase the full game.
